The Agilent 5517A Laser Head is used primarily in VME and PC based systems where the velocity of motion is slower, less than 400 mm/sec.

The Agilent 5517B Laser Head is used primarily in VME and PC based systems where the velocity of motion is slower, less than 500 mm/sec.
